Chia and mocha pudding recipe

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
• 1 scoop of vegan chocolate protein
• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
• ½ cup of the chai coffee from AlterNativa3
• Cocoa butter
• Cinnamon
• 2 brazil nuts
• 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
• 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
• Cocoa nibs
• 1 teaspoon Psyllium
• Strawberries

Step by step

1. First, for the pudding, we mix the coconut yoghurt, the vegan chocolate protein, the chia seeds and our chai coffee.
2. Stir everything well and then leave it in the fridge overnight.
3. To prepare the muesli, which we will use as a topping, we toast the brazil nuts, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, cocoa nibs and psyllium with cocoa butter and cinnamon in a frying pan.
4. Finally, in the morning, add the muesli as a topping together with the sliced strawberries.
