Granola with cinnamon and orange cocoa recipe

Ingredients

Here is the list of ingredients you will need to make the granola.

• 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
• 1 cup coconut chips
• ¼ of sesame seeds
• Dehydrated orange zest
• 1 tablespoon of our cocoa with orange and cinnamon
• ½ cup 100 % chocolate, chopped
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 30 g coconut oil
• ¼ cup erythritol

Step by step

1. Heat the coconut oil with the erythritol until the latter is melted.
2. Add the walnuts and toast for two minutes.
3. Then add the seeds, coconut chips and orange zest.
4. Toast for another two minutes, stirring constantly to prevent the seeds from burning.
5. Finally, add the cocoa and salt, stirring to mix well, and then add the chocolate.
6. Stir with a wooden spoon so that the chocolate melts and integrates with the rest.

That's it! Now pour the granola onto a tray covered with baking paper and leave to cool.
