We are looking for a sales representative for our sales department

AlterNativa3 is a cooperative of the ecological and Fair Trade world, based in Terrassa, which seeks to incorporate the figure of a commercial for its sales department, reporting directly to the Commercial Management.

We are looking for a person:

• Responsible, dynamic, optimistic, with a great capacity for work.
• Good public speaking skills.
• Communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to establish business relations.
• Good negotiator.
• Knowledge of the Organic and Fair Trade sector is an asset.
• That you share the value, business vision and philosophy of a Fair Trade organisation.

Essential:

• Driving licence
• Time flexibility
• Availability to work weekends
• Willingness to travel a 50% of the time

Training required:

• Language levelFluency in spoken and written Spanish and Catalan.

• Computer literacy: Fluent in Office and Internet. Experience in working with CRM is an asset.

• Experience required: Experience in a similar position.

Functions:

• Client portfolio management National
• New customer acquisition
• Trade fair attendance
• Providing training courses

We offer:

• Further training in the organic/Fair Trade sector
• Office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Fixed remuneration plus variable remuneration depending on the achievement of set objectives.
