Incredible coulant chocolate, made with coffee and quinoa. An original and fair dessert that will impress your family or guests. It is very easy to make and the key to success is to put a lot of love into it.

INGREDIENTS

HOW DO WE DO IT?

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
  2. We grind the quinoa semolina. Mix it all together when it has cooled down and pass it through the electric mixer to avoid lumps.
  3. Grease the moulds with butter and cocoa powder.
  4. Fill two thirds full and add a piece of chocolate in the centre.
  5. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes at a temperature of 180º. It should be like a sponge cake on the outside and creamy on the inside.
